PLEASE READ ALL INSPIRASIEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND INSPIRASIEN PRIVACY POLICY CORRECTLY AND CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY FEATURES AND/OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE INSPIRASIEN PLATFORM.
The following are the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Inspirasien Platform ("Terms and Conditions") containing all rules and regulations that are automatically binding when You visit, download, install, use the Inspirasien Platform and/or enjoy all features and facilities provided on the Inspirasien Platform. Please read carefully all the contents of the Terms and Conditions to be able to understand the limitations of Your rights and obligations as an User of the Inspirasien Platform. If You do not agree with the contents of these Terms and Conditions, You can stop accessing the Inspirasien Platform.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The update will take effect after We display it on the Inspirasien Platform. It is Your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Inspirasien Platform after each such update, automatically binds You.
If you do not agree to any part, or all of the contents contained in these Terms and Conditions, You may stop accessing the Inspirasien Platform.

Inspirasien, We Us or Our means PT Inspirasien Srikandi Indonesia, a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, located at Jl. Palagan Tentara Pelajar km 14, Yogyakarta.

Affiliate(s) means
i. the controlling party of;
ii. subsidiaries of; or
iii. parties under the control of PT Inspirasien Srikandi Indonesia.

Inspirasien Services
consist of Health Services and Patient Assistance, Medicines with Partners, Laboratory Examinations with Partners, List of Hospitals, Community Information, Job Vacancies, Lodging Information #Approved Patients, Health Support offered to Users via the Inspirasien Platform which we can add, change and/or update from from time to time as regulated in Article 6 of these Terms and Conditions.

Patient Advocate Services consist of online or offline assistance by professional patient advocates, lay patient advocates or empowered patients registered with Inspiraien for treatment and consultation regarding the User's health condition.

Professional Patient Advocate is doctors, psychologists, nurses, or health professionals who are registered as Patient Advocate of Inspirasien.

Lay Patient Advocate or Empowered Patient is survivors of the chronic disease.

Medicines with Partners consists of a feature that provides medicines from affiliates of PT Inspiraien Srikandi Indonesia, namely conventional and modern pharmacies.

Laboratory Examination with Partners is a feature that connects Users to carry out laboratory examinations with PT Inspiraien Srikandi Indonesia partners.

Hospital List is a feature that provides a list of hospitals that have the supporting facilities needed by the User.

Community Information is a feature that connects users with communities of patients with certain diseases who are affiliated with PT Inspirasien Srikandi Indonesia.

Job Vacancies is a feature that provides information about job vacancies for patients with chronic illnesses.

#PatientApproved Lodging Information, namely connecting patients with standardized #PatientApproved lodging.

The Inspirasien Program consists of Online Talk Shows and Inspiring Stories offered to Users via the Inspirasien Platform which we can add, change and/or update from time to time as regulated in Article 6 of these Terms and Conditions.

Online Talk Show is a webinar event organized by Inspiraien.

Inspiring Stories is a summary of inspirational stories from chronic disease fighters that are shared with Inspirasien.

Donations is a feature for raising funds with Inspiraien partners to help other patients undergo treatment.

Health Support, namely features on the Inspirasien Platform such as My Insurance, Menstrual Calendar, BMI Calculator, Pregnancy Calendar, Heart Risk, Diabetes Risk, Medication Reminders, Mental Health Detection which are offered to Users through the Inspirasien Platform which we can add, change and/or update from time to time.

The Inspirasien Platform is a system that exists on website pages, mobile website pages, mobile applications and other applications with the domain address https://www.inspirasien.id/ which is managed by Inspiraien.

User or you is any person or legal entity who uses and enjoys all the features and facilities provided on the Inspirasien Platform and/or Inspirasien Services.

Service Providers include but are not limited to doctors, psychologists, veterinarians, pharmacies, laboratories, insurance, hospitals, clinics, dentists, patient advocates and/or psychiatrists and/or other health facility services as well as medical personnel or health workers, professional patient advocate, lay patient advocate or empowered patients who provide services on the Inspirasien Platform.

Inspirasien Balance is the amount of funds owned by the User obtained from refunds under the conditions as regulated in these Terms and Conditions.

Health Notes are records of the results of conversation sessions with Service Providers and suggestions related to the User's medical condition.

Medication Recommendations are recommendations that contain suggestions for medication or health treatment for Users. Drug recommendations are only recommendations or suggestions.

Service Prices are the rates for the Inspirasien Services listed on the Inspirasien Platform which will be borne by the User including but not limited to Delivery Fees, Service Fees, and other costs determined by Inspiraien. For the avoidance of doubt, the Service Prices listed on the Inspirasien Platform include Value Added Tax (“VAT”).

Unique Code is any and all codes provided by Inspirasien which can be used by Users to carry out transactions on the Inspirasien Platform in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Products are medicines, herbal medicines, vitamins, supplements, consumer goods, milk, baby equipment, cosmetics, health equipment, and/or optical devices from various categories and brands available on the Inspirasien Platform.

Health Insurance or Health Benefits is an insurance/health guarantee product provided by a third party in collaboration with Inspiraien which is provided to Users in accordance with the terms and conditions in each User's health policy/guarantee.

Service Fees are costs for providing services that will be obtained by the Service Provider, which in this case is determined by Inspiraien and/or the Service Provider and borne by the User.

Delivery Fees are Product delivery rates that will be borne by the User based on the services specified by the User. For the avoidance of doubt, the Delivery Fees listed on the Inspirasien Platform include Value Added Tax (“VAT”).

Handling Fees are fees charged to Users for purchasing Products in the hard drugs category (red dot). This fee covers the service of providing education to Users regarding the appropriate and safe use and consumption of medicines.

The Inspirasien Platform serves as a means to connect Users, Service Providers, and/or Health Insurance/Health Benefits providers (if any) as determined by Inspirasien from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, Inspirasien is a technology healthcare provider company.

Users understand that the cooperation between Inspirasien and Service Providers is not an employee relationship, but a cooperative relationship established based on professionalism. Inspirasien does not employ Service Providers and Inspirasien is not responsible for the acts, carelessness, negligence, and/or negligence of Service Providers in providing Inspirasien Services. Inspirasien Platform is an online information and communication service provided by Inspirasien.

The Inspirasien Platform allows You to submit requests for Inspirasien Services to Service Providers. Service Providers have their sole discretion and full authority to accept or reject any of Your requests for Inspirasien Services. If the Service Provider receives Your request, the Inspirasien Platform will notify You and provide information about the Service Provider, including the order number and the ability to contact the Service Provider by telephone.

Every feature and/or Inspirasien Service available on the Inspirasien Platform may be updated or changed according to the needs and development of the Inspirasien Platform.

You can use the Inspirasien Platform by first registering accompanied by providing Your personal data information including but not limited to Your full name, electronic mail address, mobile phone number, and any information related to Your medical history that is accurate and legally accountable as requested in the Inspirasien Platform ("Personal Data"). The processed Personal Data will be collected, stored, processed, used and shared by Us and/or Service Providers for the provision of Inspirasien Services and for other purposes that have been regulated in the Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"), which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and may be updated from time to time. You as a User understand and agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement in electronic form and Your action of pressing the 'register' button when opening an Account on the Inspirasien Platform or the 'login' button when accessing Your Account constitutes Your active agreement to bind yourself to an agreement with Us so that the enforceability of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy is valid and legally binding and continues to apply throughout the use of the Inspirasien Platform and Inspirasien Services by You.

If You are using the Inspirasien Platform on behalf of an individual other than yourself, You represent that You are authorized by that individual to act on that individual's behalf and that such individual acknowledges the practices and policies outlined in the Privacy Policy.

You will not make any claim or objection to the validity of these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy made in electronic form.

You understand and agree that these Terms of Use constitute an agreement in electronic form and Your action of pressing the 'register' button when opening an Account or the 'login' button when accessing Your Account constitutes Your active agreement to bind yourself to an agreement with Us so that the enforceability of these Terms of Use and Privacy Notice is valid and legally binding and continues to apply throughout Your use of the Application and Services.

We are happy to welcome You to register as a Inspirasien Platform User, after fulfilling the following general requirements:

You are an individual who has the right to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and that You are at least 21 (twenty one) years old or married and not under guardianship or guardianship;

If You are under twenty-one (21) years of age and unmarried, You represent and warrant that You have obtained permission from Your parent or legal guardian, unless You state otherwise. By giving consent, Your parent or legal guardian agrees to be responsible for:

all Your actions regarding access to and use of the Inspirasien Platform and/or Inspirasien Services;

any fees related to Your use of any Inspirasien Service; and
-
Your compliance with these Terms and Conditions;

You are a legal entity/business entity with legality as required by Us and applicable laws and regulations in legal jurisdiction. If You register on behalf of a business entity, You also represent that You are authorized to act for and on behalf of such legal entity and to establish and bind such legal entity/entity to the Terms and Conditions;

You represent that You are not an individual and/or legal entity prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia from receiving or using Inspirasien Services;

You represent that the agreement with Inspirasien, does not violate the terms, agreements, rights and other obligations with a third party; and/or
-
You represent that all information and/or documents that You fill out or submit to Inspirasien are accurate, true, complete, current, and appropriate.

We have the right at any time to check the correctness, validity of information or documents submitted to Inspirasien or the Inspirasien Platform. If fraud or discrepancies are found based on independent judgment, Inspirasien reserves the right to terminate, cancel, or block Your access to and membership on the Inspirasien Platform and Inspirasien Services.

After registering on the Inspirasien Platform, You will get a personal account that can be accessed with One Time Password (OTP) which will be sent to the mobile phone number that You registered with Us. We hope that You do not assign, transfer or authorize anyone else to use Your identity or use Your account. You are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of Your account password and any identification We provide to You of Your account or Personal Data.

You are not allowed to harm, abuse, change or modify the Inspirasien Platform in any way. We may close, cancel Your account and/or prohibit You from using Inspirasien Platform further if You do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

You will use the Inspirasien Platform only for the purpose of obtaining Inspirasien Services, and will not abuse or use the Inspirasien Platform for activities that are contrary to the law, including but not limited to money laundering, theft, embezzlement, terrorism or fraud. You also agree that You will not make false orders through the Inspirasien Platform and will not commit any unlawful acts through the Inspirasien Platform.

You acknowledge and agree that any information in any form, including but not limited to video, audio, images or writings contained in the Inspirasien Platform has intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademark rights and copyrights) respectively. You are not allowed to use, modify, facilitate, disseminate and/or mutilate the intellectual property rights without permission from the owner of the intellectual property rights as stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations.

When accessing and using the Inspirasien Platform including any of its features and services, You are not allowed to:

transfer Your account on the Inspirasien Platform to another party without Our prior consent;

spread viruses, spam or other similar technologies that can damage and/or harm the Inspirasien Platform and other users of the Inspirasien Platform;
-
insert or transfer features on the Inspirasien Platform without our consent;
-
placing other information or applications that infringe the intellectual property rights of other parties within the Inspirasien Platform;
-
collect or gather Personal Data from other Inspirasien Platform users, including but not limited to email addresses, without consent from the relevant User;
-
use Inspirasien Platform for things that are prohibited under applicable laws and regulations; and
-
use the Inspirasien Platform to distribute advertisements or other materials.

You acknowledge and agree that the Service Price listed on the Inspirasien Platform may change in accordance with set by the Service Provider. You are expected to check the Service Price before using the relevant Inspirasien Service, if You have used the Inspirasien Service, You automatically agree to the Service Price listed during the period of use of the Inspirasien Service.

All health articles that We display on the Inspirasien Platform are used to educate Users and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis and/or medical treatment from Inspirasien Services.

Platform Inspirasien memiliki tautan dengan situs-situs yang dioperasikan oleh pihak ketiga.
Tautan tersebut tersedia untuk kenyamanan Anda dan hanya akan digunakan untuk menyediakan

All drug information that we display on the Inspirasien Platform is general information as stated on the drug packaging.

Inspirasien Platform has links with websites operated by third parties. Such links are provided for Your convenience and will only be used to provide access to third party sites and for no other purpose. The quality, content and information of such products or services will be provided by sites operated by third parties.

Your Inspirasien account can only be used by You and cannot be transferred to other people and/or third parties under any circumstances and/or reasons. You have responsibility for every use of Your account within the Inspirasien Platform. We reserve the right to refuse to facilitate an order if We know or have sufficient grounds in accordance with Our internal policy to suspect that You have transferred or allowed Your Account to be used by someone else.

Inspirasien may terminate and/or limit the registration process or use of the Inspirasien Platform by Users if violations of these Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws and regulations are found.

The security and confidentiality of Your Inspirasien account, including Your registered name, registered mobile phone number, and verification code generated and sent by Our system is entirely your personal responsibility. All losses and risks arising from Your negligence in maintaining security and confidentiality as mentioned are borne by Yourself. In such event, We will consider any use or order made through Your Account as a legitimate request from You.

If You do not have control over Your account for any reason, You are required to report it to Us. In the event of misuse of Your account by any third party before the reporting occurs, then the use of the account during that period will be Your full responsibility.

We are not responsible for any risks that may arise from matters related to the security of registered mobile phone numbers, including but not limited to if the mobile phone number is recycled by cellular operators.

Immediately notify Us if You know or suspect that Your Account has been used without Your knowledge and consent. We will take actions that We deem necessary and can take against use without such consent.
6.1 Main Services

Chat with Patient Advocates Service (Telecounselling)
-
Chat with Patient Advocate Service facilitate Service Providers (doctors, psychologists, professional patient advocate, lay patient advocate or empowered patients) to interact with Users through video calls and chat that can be accessed through the Inspirasien Platform with the following conditions:
- Users can contact the Service Provider when the Service Provider is online;
- Users can cancel or reschedule the Chat with Patient Advocate Service with the appointed Patient Advocate with a maximum of 2 (two) hours before the scheduled start;
- User and Service Provider can reschedule the Chat with Patient Advocate Services once in one order;
- Service Provider may cancel or reschedule the Chat with a Patient Advocate a maximum of 30 (thirty) minutes before the User's designated schedule;
- If You do not show up on the schedule You have specified, then You agree that the funds You have paid are non-refundable;
- If the Service Provider is not present on the schedule that You have determined within a maximum of 10 (ten) minutes after the scheduled time, We will refund You in accordance with the applicable procedures;
- We will send You notifications regarding the appointment schedule You specify via push notification on your electronic device. To be able to receive push notifications that We send, You must activate the push notification;
- You acknowledge and agree that the Chat with Patient Advocate feature does not replace examination and treatment with a Patient Advocate (our doctor) in general or face-to-face person;
- We will make every effort so that Service Providers registered on Inspirasien Platform can respond to Your questions as soon as possible. However, We do not recommend that You use Inspirasien Platform for emergency medical conditions;
- Inspirasien Services are neither coercive nor binding. The decision to use Inspirasien Services through the Inspirasien Platform rests entirely with you.
- You understand that You need to provide information and explain the symptoms or physical complaints You experience completely, clearly and accurately when having a conversation with the Service Provider; and/or
- If necessary, the Service Provider (doctor) will provide a referral for offline consultation to conduct further consultation regarding the complaint You submitted.

Rest Recommendations
- By using the Patient Advocate Service, the Service Provider may provide a rest recommendation to You based on the Service Provider's sole discretion.
- The rest recommendation cannot be used for the purposes of competent authority investigations or court proceedings.
- The User fully understands that the recommendation for rest is only a recommendation from the Service Provider to the User to rest at home and such recommendation cannot be equated with a sick letter
- Inspirasien hereby waives all legal claims and is not responsible for the creation, granting, and/or use of rest recommendations by Service Providers and/or Users.

The following are the details of the terms of use of Health Insurance/Health Benefits when choosing Doctor as their Patient Advocate:
- If the User uses Health Insurance/Health Benefits when the User uses the Doctor as their Patient Advocate, the User is deemed to agree to comply with Inspirasien's internal policies.
- Users who use Health Insurance/Health Benefits may be subject to suspension of Doctor as their Patient Advocate Service and must pay a guaranteed amount of fees after the consultation is complete if the User is indicated or proven to have committed infringement acts and/or infringement actions based on Inspirasien's internal considerations and/or assessments that harm Inspirasien and/or other third parties ("Infringement Actions").
- Users who use Health Insurance/Health Benefits can be subject to suspension of Doctor as their Patient Advocate Service and must pay a guaranteed amount of fees after the consultation is complete if the use is not in accordance with Health Benefits, with conditions but not limited to:
- Diagnosis outside the policy/health insurance: Use of Doctor as their Patient Advocate Service through Inspirasien Platform by using Health Insurance/Health Benefits for diagnosis that is not included in the User's aInsurance policy, including if the User is indicated or proven to have a consultation that is not included in the policy/health insurance.
- Transactions do not match the profile: Use the Doctor as their Patient Advocate Service through the Inspirasien Platform by using Health Insurance/Health Benefits for profiles that do not match the User's insurance card even though the profile is included in the User's family health policy/insurance (example: husband/wife/child).
- Transactions for others: Use the Doctor as their Patient Advocate Service through Inspirasien Platform by using Health Insurance/Health Benefits for profiles that do not match and/or are not included in the User's family health policy/insurance (example: cousin/grandfather/grandmother).
- The suspension of using the Doctor as their Patient Advocate Service will apply until the User pays the guaranteed amount of the transaction with Infringement Actions.
- After the Service Price with the conditions stipulated in Articles iii and iv has been proven to be paid by the User to Inspirasien in accordance with the procedures set by Inspirasien and notified the relevant User, Inspirasien may determine to terminate the suspension of using the Doctor as their Patient Advocate Service by using the User's Health Insurance/Health Benefits. The suspension will not proceed unreasonably if Inspirasien decides that the things that resulted in the suspension have ended.

Patient Advocate Offline Service facilitate Service Providers (professional patient advocate, lay patient advocate or empowered patients) to interact with Users through meeting that can be booked through the Inspirasien Platform with the following conditions:
- Users can contact the Service Provider when the Service Provider is online;
- Users can cancel or reschedule the meeting with the appointed Patient Advocate with a maximum of 2 (two) hours before the scheduled start;
- Service Provider may cancel or reschedule the Chat Feature with a Patient Advocate a maximum of 30 (thirty) minutes before the User's designated schedule;
- If You do not show up on the schedule You have specified, then You agree that the funds You have paid are non-refundable;
- If the Service Provider is not present on the schedule that You have determined within a maximum of 30 (thirty) minutes after the scheduled time, We will refund You in accordance with the applicable procedures;
- We will send You notifications regarding the appointment schedule You specify via push notification on your electronic device. To be able to receive push notifications that We send, You must activate the push notification;
- Inspirasien Services are neither coercive nor binding. The decision to use Inspirasien Services through the Inspirasien Platform rests entirely with you.
- You understand that You need to provide information and explain the symptoms or physical complaints You experience completely, clearly and accurately when having a conversation with the Service Provider.

Inspirasien Pharmacy Features
- Inspirasien Pharmacy Feature is managed by PT Inspirasien Srikandi Indonesia ("PT Inspirasien"). Inspirasien Pharmacy Feature is connected to our Apothecary Partners are one of the third parties that cooperate with Inspirasien appointed by Inspirasien to deliver orders to You.
- Inspirasien Pharmacy feature cannot be used for the delivery of drugs that include but are not limited to drugs included in the class of narcotics and psychotropic substances and potent drugs included in certain drugs in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Inspirasien is not responsible for any material or immaterial losses, claims, demands, arising from the negligence and/or fault of the Service Provider and/or any third party including but not limited to prescribing that is not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, prescription errors, delivery errors, prescription misuse, errors and/or other omissions of Service Providers in connection with the use of Inspirasien Pharmacy Feature. For the avoidance of doubt, Inspirasien only provides a platform that connects Service Providers and Users.

Lab Services Features
- Lab Service Features facilitates laboratory tests for Users who a
- Users can choose the type of laboratory examination based on the package available in the Lab Services feature according to the referral from a doctor.
- The availability of package types and laboratory examination schedules determined by the User will be adjusted to the schedule of each Inspirasien partner laboratory.

Hospital List
- Through the Hospital List feature, users can search for hospitals that provide specific facilities that users need.
- Users can choose the hospital they want to go to based on the service facilities provided by the hospital.
- The availability of facilities and examination schedules at the Hospital are determined by the Hospital and are not the responsibility of Inspiraen.

Community Information
- Through the Community Information Feature, Users can browse communities that are currently or have collaborated with Inspiraien.

Job vacancy
- Through the Job Vacancies feature, Users can browse jobs available for patients with chronic illnesses.

Lodging Information which #PatientApproved
- Through the #PatientApproved Lodging Information feature, Users will be connected to standard #PatientApproved lodging.

This Inspiring Stories feature, users can find out a summary of inspiring stories from chronic disease fighters that are shared with Inspirasien.

This Donation feature, users can donate to help other patients undergo treatment.
Inspirasien collects donation funds with Inspiraien partners through Kitabisa.
Reporting of donation funds and detailed information regarding the identity of donation recipients via Kitabisa.
6.3 Health Features

Mood Tracker
Mood Tracker is a tool or method used to monitor and record a person's mood regularly, either daily, weekly or monthly. The main goal is to help individuals understand their mood patterns, identify triggering factors, and find ways to better manage emotions or mental states.
- Features of Menstrual Calendar
The Menstrual Calendar feature can help Users record menstrual cycles to find out the User's ovulation and fertile period. If needed, the User can consult with a Service Provider (obstetrician) for further medical treatment.
- Features of BMI Calculator
Users can use the BMI Calculator Feature to calculate the User's Body Mass Index (Body Mass Index - BMI). The BMI Calculator feature cannot replace medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment from a doctor.
- Pregnancy Calendar Features
This Pregnancy Calendar feature can help Users calculate the 'expected day of birth' and contains information and articles according to gestational age. If needed, Users can consult with Service Providers (obstetricians) for further medical treatment.
- Heart Care Features
Heart Care Features facilitates Users to consult with Service Provider (doctor) through video call, voice call or chat which can be accessed through Inspirasien Platform, to consult regarding the health of the User. This Heart Care feature also provides lab test Services and other lab tests as well as purchasing medicines through Inspirasien Pharmacy feature. Any medical recommendations, prescriptions, and diagnoses provided by the Service Provider (doctor) are the medical authority of the Service Provider (doctor)
- Diabetes Care Features
Diabetes Care Features facilitates Users to consultation with Service Provider (doctor) through video call, voice call or chat which can be accessed through Inspirasien Platform, to consult regarding the health of the User. This Diabetes Care feature also provides blood sugar level test services and other lab tests as well as purchasing medicines through Inspirasien Pharmacy feature. Any medical recommendations, prescriptions, and diagnoses provided by the Service Provider (doctor) are the medical authority of the Service Provider (doctor).
- Medication Reminder Features
After the User sets a time reminder in the Drug Reminder Feature, the Drug Reminder Feature can help the User to remind the drug consumption schedule.
- Mental Health Features
This Mental Health feature has a chatbot service that can help Users understand the mental condition that Users are experiencing. If necessary, Users can also consult further with Service Providers (mental health experts are psychiatrists or psychologists) registered on the Inspirasien Platform.
- Cancer Care Features
Cancer Care Features facilitates Users to consultation with Service Provider (doctor) through video call, voice call or chat which can be accessed through Inspirasien Platform, to consult regarding the health of the User. This Cancer Care feature also provides lab test Services and other lab tests as well as purchasing medicines through Inspirasien Pharmacy feature. Any medical recommendations, prescriptions, and diagnoses provided by the Service Provider (doctor) are the medical authority of the Service Provider (doctor).

Inspirasien Balance

Inspirasien Balance is obtained only from refunds for unsuccessful transactions on the Inspirasien Platform.

For the avoidance of doubt, Inspirasien Balance cannot be topped-up.

Users can also withdraw funds through the bank designated by the User if the Inspirasien Balance is more than Rp10,000,00- (ten thousand Rupiah).

Inspirasien Balance cannot be transferred or cashed in any form.

Inspirasien Coins

Inspirasien Coins can only be used for Chat with Patient Advocates Service (Telecounselling).

Inspirasien coins are obtained from the referral code that members successfully use when creating an Inspirasien Platform account.

Payment methods
- To be able to transact on the Inspirasien Platform, Users can use various payment methods available on the Inspirasien Platform. If You have sufficient funds on your Inspirasien Balance, You can use your Inspirasien Balance to transact.
- User agrees that Inspirasien may suspend all transactions originating from User's account if Inspirasien finds and/or identifies suspicious transactions, indications of fraud or other types of unauthorized transactions based on applicable Inspirasien policies.
- Users understand and agree that the deadline for submitting complaints for transactions is a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days after the transactions made by Users through the Inspirasien Platform are completed.

Refund Policy
- The User acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of a cancellation initiated by the User, any refund issued will be limited to the fee charged by the Service Provider. Fees that are non-refundable include, but are not limited to, the Service Administration Fee charged by Inspirasien and any charges related to services rendered by third-party providers.

Chat Features

Chat with Patient Advocate Service
- Users will be charged a certain amount to be able to use the Chat with Patient Advocate Service.
- If You need a video call with a Service Provider, the User needs to inform the relevant Service Provider in advance and will depend on the availability of each Service Provider when contacted.
- Inspirasien Balance will be deducted directly when the conversation screen appears on the phone screen and when the User is connected to the Service Provider. One conversation session with the Service Provider starts from 30 (thirty) minutes to 1 (one) hour from the start of the conversation session or until the User or Service User ends the conversation session.
- When contacting a Patient Advocate through a conversation, the User can send images to Service Providers related to the User's medical condition in PNG and JPG format.
- After the session is over, the Service Provider can provide a Health Note and Medication Recommendation.
- Service Providers (doctors) can follow up with Users to check the User's health condition after the session.
- Transactions cannot be canceled after the session ends or has been completed.
- Inspirasien may block or cancel the User's account if there is misuse of the Chat Feature on the User's account.
- Service Providers (doctors) can provide doctor referrals as references.
- The accuracy and accuracy of the Service Provider in the Drug Recommendation will depend on the information provided by the User. Any content and/or statements in conversations conducted by Users with Service Providers using video call, voice call, chat, Health Note, and/or Drug Recommendation features, on the Inspirasien Platform.

Inspirasien Pharmacy Features
- Users may be charged Product prices, Service Fees, Handling Fee (if any), Service Fee and other fees as stated on the Inspirasien Platform on the "Payment Summary" page. Users understand that there is a price range on the Inspirasien Platform which causes the prices contained in the Inspirasien Platform to be different from the price of buying Products offline.
- Users can choose the type of regular delivery service or instant delivery with the following conditions:

Regular Delivery
- The regular service delivery time for the Product ordered by the User is between 1 - 4 days since the Product is picked up by the delivery service from the Service Provider (pharmacy)

Instant Delivery
- The instant service delivery time for the Product ordered by the User is generally 60 (sixty) minutes since the Product is picked up by the delivery service from the Service Provider (pharmacy).
- However, the delivery process will adjust to the selection of the type of delivery and the conditions when the order is delivered. Orders may be faster or later than expected depending on conditions including but not limited to mileage, courier availability from the delivery party, weather conditions, and/or traffic conditions.
- Product availability varies depending on the Product supply owned by Inspirasien's partner Service Provider. In the event that the Product order ordered by the User is divided into several Service Providers, the User can choose to make multiple deliveries where the delivery rate will be borne by the User.
- Every product purchased on Inspirasien Pharmacy feature that uses Health Insurance/Health Benefits, the terms and conditions refer to the policy of each Health Insurance/Health Benefits provider.
- If the order has been picked up by Inspirasien's partner Service Providers and/or is in the process of being delivered by the delivery courier, the User cannot cancel the order that has been made.
- The transaction value that Users can make on Inspirasien Pharmacy Feature for one transaction is a minimum of Rp10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah) and a maximum of Rp5.000.000 (five million Rupiah).
- Especially for prescription Products, Users are required to attach documents in the form of scans/photos of doctor's prescriptions first and upload them through the 'Upload a Prescription' feature on the Inspirasien Platform to verify making orders to Service Providers (pharmacies).
- If the User uses the 'Upload a Prescription' feature, the User is required to submit the original prescription used as the basis for purchasing Products through Inspirasien to be submitted to the Service Provider (pharmacy) that received the purchase.
- Prescriptions made by Service Providers can only be used 1 (one) time and do not apply repetitively.
- By using Inspirasien Pharmacy Feature, the User agrees that the selection of Service Providers (pharmacies) can be done independently through the Official Store Feature or based on recommendations from the Inspirasien system.

Hospital Appointment Feature
- By using the Hospital Appointment Feature, the User understands that the User has the full right to choose a Service Provider (hospital/clinic or other healthcare facilities) that suits the User's needs and preferences.
- Changes to the Service Provider's practice schedule are at the discretion of the Service Provider (hospital/clinic or other healthcare facilities) concerned. If the User uses the Hospital Appointment Feature and there is a schedule change, the User will receive confirmation of the schedule change through the Inspirasien Platform.
- User hereby agrees that the results of the examination from the Hospital Appointment Feature will be uploaded by the relevant hospital into the Inspirasien Platform that can be accessed by the User.

Lab Test Features
- For the implementation of the Lab Test Feature, Inspirasien collaborates with a number of partner laboratories ("Partner Lab") where the implementation up to the results of laboratory tests is carried out and issued by the Partner Lab.
- Users are required to fill in the Lab Test Feature ordering data completely and accurately. By ordering the Lab Test Feature, it means that the User is deemed to agree to the details of the order made through the Inspirasien Platform and is willing to be contacted by the officer concerned.
- In addition to himself, the User may place orders for others ("Third Party Bookings"). The User warrants that the User has obtained the necessary consents for the execution of Third Party Bookings in relation to the Lab Test Feature to which Third Party Bookings are subject to any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Lab tests are conducted based on the general procedures of the Partner Lab. By registering for a Lab Test, the User is deemed to agree to abide by any provision of the Partner's Lab's general procedures.
- The price listed on the Inspirasien Platform when booking a Lab Test includes all Lab Test fees and transportation costs for officers from the Partner Lab location to the designated User's location.
- Payment methods for Lab Tests can only be made through payment methods available on the Inspirasien Platform at the time the order is made.
- If officers from the Partner Lab have gone to the location designated by the User, the User cannot cancel the booking that has been made. Cancellation can only be done at the latest 2 (two) hours before the scheduled booking.
- Users can reschedule no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the scheduled booking.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that in order to facilitate the User, the results of the Lab Test examination will be provided in digital format and uploaded to the User's account on the Inspirasien Platform ("Lab Test Results").

By using the Coupon Code, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions regarding the use of the Coupon Code as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions and/or separate documents determined by Inspirasien

Coupon Codes are non-transferable and/or non-exchangeable in monetary terms.

The discount contained in the Coupon Code cannot be claimed and/or changed after the purchase and payment have been confirmed by Inspirasien.

Each Coupon Code is valid for a certain period. Please check each accepted Coupon Code to confirm the validity period.

Inspirasien has the authority to terminate the use of Coupon Codes at any time based on Inspirasien's internal policy.

Coupon Codes may be redeemed for discounts on services provided by Inspirasien or for discounts on select products offered by third parties in collaboration with Inspirasien.

Inspirasien has the right, without prior notice, to cancel the use of the Coupon Code by the User if there are indications of fraud and/or violations committed by the User of the Terms and Conditions and/or legal provisions applicable in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Inspirasien is the licensee of the name, icon, and logo "Inspirasien" as well as all features contained in the Inspirasien Platform, which are copyrights and trademarks protected by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Users are prohibited from using, modifying, and/or installing such names, icons, logos, or marks without written consent from Inspirasien.

All intellectual property rights contained in the Inspirasien Platform are based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including in this case the ownership of intellectual property rights to the entire source code of the Inspirasien Platform and intellectual property rights related to the Inspirasien Platform. For this reason, Users are prohibited from infringing intellectual property rights contained in this Inspirasien Platform, including modifying, derivative works, adapting, duplicating, copying, selling, remaking, hacking, selling, and/or exploiting the Inspirasien Platform including the use of the Inspirasien Platform for unauthorized access, launching automatic programs or scripts, or any program that may hinder the operation and/or performance of the Inspirasien Platform, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Inspirasien Platform or its contents.

Users are only allowed to use the Inspirasien Platform solely for personal needs and cannot be transferred.

Inspirasien may take legal action against any infringement committed by You related to intellectual property rights related to the Inspirasien Platform.

Inspirasien Platform may contain advertisements regarding products and/or services provided by third parties ("Advertisements"). All information regarding Advertising is provided by third parties. Inspirasien does not endorse any Advertisements. The User's communication or transactions with third parties and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations related to such transactions are solely the relationship between the User and the third party.

If the Ads displayed by third parties contain links that direct You to other domains, which are not under the control of Inspirasien. Inspirasien is not responsible for checking, reviewing or guaranteeing the accuracy offered through the link. For Your convenience, it is recommended that you double-check, pay attention and independently consider the legitimacy of the link.

All notices or requests to you will be deemed received by you if and when:

The User may indicate that such notification, whether in physical or electronic form, has been sent to the User; or

Inspirasien has posted the notice on the Inspirasien Platform which is accessible to the public.

Users will not use the Inspirasien Platform on devices or operating systems that have been modified outside of Our devices or operating system configurations and configurations. This includes devices that have gone through a "rooted" or "jail-broken" process. A rooted or jail-broken device is a device that has been exempt from restrictions imposed by the device service provider and that is manufactured without the device service provider's consent. The use of the Inspirasien Platform on rooted or jail-broken devices can compromise security and lead to fraudulent transactions.

Inspirasien is not responsible for downloading and using the Inspirasien Platform on rooted or jail-broken devices and the risk of User's use of rooted or jail-broken devices is entirely at the User's risk. The User understands and agrees that Inspirasien is not responsible for any loss or any other consequences suffered or caused by You as a result of using the Inspirasien Platform on rooted or jail-broken devices and Inspirasien has the discretion to stop the User's use of the Inspirasien Platform on rooted or jail-broken devices and block rooted or jail-broken devices from using the Inspirasien Platform.

You can delete profiles created under Your account by accessing directly on each profile you wish to delete

In the case of profile deletion as referred to in point 2 above, depending on the reason for deletion You choose, the information and data contained in the deleted profile will:

Permanently deleted; or

Combined with data stored in other profiles under Your account.

Subject to points 1 and 3 above, You understand that once Your account or any profile created under Your account is deleted, Your account or any profile created under Your account (including all transaction history and all services therein) will be deleted forever and cannot be recovered by You for any reason.

Your account may be temporarily suspended or may be permanently suspended due to, including but not limited to, the following:

Your report that Your account is being used or suspected of being used or misused by someone else;

Your report that your personal mobile phone or tablet is lost, stolen or hacked; Inspirasien knows or has reasonable grounds to suspect that your account has been transferred or used by someone else;

Inspirasien knows or reasonably suspects that things have occurred that in Inspirasien's view have or may harm Inspirasien, Users, Service Providers and/or other parties;

The User acknowledges or reasonably suspects that the User has registered or logged in to multiple accounts on one device for the purpose of violating these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and/or applicable law in Indonesia;

Our system detects any unusual actions from the use of Your account or obligations under the Terms and Conditions, and/or Privacy Policy that are not fulfilled by You;

The User has died, placed under guardianship or custody or experienced other disabilities that make the User legally incompetent based on applicable laws and regulations;

Use of the Inspirasien Platform or Inspirasien Services by you or other parties (who use Your account) in a manner that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and/or applicable laws and regulations; and/or Orders for account freezing, whether temporary or permanent, issued by relevant government or monetary institutions or based on court orders issued in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;

Use of the Inspirasien Platform or Inspirasien Services by You or other parties (who use Your account) in a manner that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and/or applicable laws and regulations; and/or;

Orders for account freezing, whether temporary or permanent, issued by relevant government or monetary institutions or based on court orders issued in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If Your account is frozen and You have clear evidence that Your account should not be frozen, You can make a Report to Us to submit such evidence. Upon further review of Your Report, We will, in Our sole discretion, determine to terminate or continue the suspension of Your Account. The suspension will not proceed unreasonably if We determine that the matters that led to the suspension have been resolved
When You use the Inspirasien Services, You agree to communicate with Inspirasien electronically including but not limited to by email, text message, telephone, social media, live chat, and/or message center. All forms of electronic communications may be notified, disclosed, and used as evidence as stipulated by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia that apply to electronic communications.

In providing Inspirasien Services, Inspirasien cooperates with Affiliates and/or third parties entrusted to process order shipments to You. All forms of risks arising after product packaging and product delivery will be borne by the shipping party. Inspirasien is fully responsible for providing communication between the delivery party and the User. In addition to the transfer of risk at the time of delivery, You can file a complaint regarding the product received if there is a nonconformity, damage, return or cancellation of the purchase.

Furthermore, We will conduct an investigation and examination of responsibility for product risks. All provisions of the examination until its completion refer to the rules that apply internally in Inspirasien.
In order to provide the best service to You, We will occasionally make updates to the Inspirasien Service application automatically depending on the type of service or with Your consent to update Our application.

We reserve the right at any time to make changes to the site, policies, terms of service, and Terms and Conditions and subsequently posted to You in the media we provide. All changes, additions, deletions, modifications and others that We make related to the service will automatically take effect within 1x24 hours after being downloaded and announced by Inspirasien.

These Terms and Conditions are made in 2 (two) languages, Indonesian and English. In the event of a discrepancy in interpretation, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

Inspirasien Services and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and other services including or available through the Inspirasien Services are provided by Inspirasien "as is" and "as available", unless otherwise expressly stated. Inspirasien makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, for the operation of the Inspirasien Services, or any information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included in or provided through the Inspirasien Services, unless otherwise expressly stated. You expressly agree that your use of the Inspirasien Services is at Your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inspirasien disclaims all oral or written warranties, including but not limited to, oral warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Inspirasien does not warrant that the Inspirasien Service, Inspirasien information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included in or available to You through the Inspirasien Service, Inspirasien servers or electronic communications sent by Inspirasien are free of viruses or other harmful components. Inspirasien shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Inspirasien Services, or any other information, content, materials, products (including software) or services included in or available to you through the Inspirasien Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, causal, or other damages unless otherwise stated in writing.

Inspirasien is not responsible for any proven negligence caused by Inspirasien Platform Users in managing Inspirasien Platform User accounts, including but not limited to providing passwords or any other information related to Inspirasien Platform User accounts to any other party based on any reason, which causes Inspirasien Platform Users to lose access, control and/or ownership of Inspirasien Platform User accounts to the Platform Inspirasien. Such responsibility also includes negligence, intentionality or negligence of Inspirasien Platform Users in the event of providing any information related to Inspirasien Platform User accounts through third-party link access beyond Inspirasien's control.

In the event that the User experiences loss of access, control and/or ownership of the User's account to the Inspirasien Platform, the User may immediately report to Inspirasien and Inspirasien with its best efforts will provide assistance and support to restore access, control and/or ownership of the lost User's account. Users of the Inspirasien Platform understand and agree that no implied warranty of any kind is given by Inspirasien in connection with the successful assistance and support of efforts to restore access, control and/or ownership of the account. If necessary, the User can report to the competent authority to be followed up by applicable law and will release Inspirasien from all forms of claims and compensation suffered by the User under this clause.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and other related provisions provided by Inspirasien, as long as the terms are general in nature, these Terms & Conditions will still apply.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

In the event of a dispute or difference of opinion caused or arising in connection with the implementation of these Terms and Conditions ("Dispute"), the Parties agree to resolve by deliberation for consensus, or take peaceful steps through consensus since the Dispute arises.

If the Dispute cannot be resolved through consensus within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the time the Dispute is notified by one Party to the other Party, the Parties agree to resolve the Dispute final through Arbitration organized by the Indonesian National Arbitration Board ("BANI") in accordance with the provisions of BANI in force at that time regarding arbitration procedures. The arbitration shall be presided over by 1 (one) arbitrator appointed by the Chairman of BANI and conducted in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, using Indonesian. The arbitral award shall be deemed to be a permanent, binding and irresistible award and neither Party shall commence a proceeding or bring any claim in any court in respect of any dispute arising out of and in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

The Parties agree not to carry out and/or continue proceedings in court for Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
